WHAT TYPE OF EVENT DOES THIS INCLUDE?

▪️Experiential Marketing Activities
▪️Studio Recordings
▪️TV Recordings
▪️Concert Bookings
WHAT DOES QUOTED PRICE COVER:
▪️4 – 12 Singers piece Gospel Choir performing with Keys / backing track / Band
▪️Writing, arranging and/or recording music
▪️Music support, logistical and technical advice and support;
▪️All our travel expenses and overnight accomodation (If required)
▪️We have public liability insurance for your peace of mind;
▪️All our electronic equipment is PAT Tested
▪️Unless otherwise specified we generally arrive 2 – 3 hours before to set up / soundcheck before your event starts/guests arrive.
WHAT WE WOULD REQUIRE FROM THE CLIENT:
▪️PA: Do have a chat with us and we can discuss our PA requirement we will provide a Tech rider
▪️Any specific music: (Anthems or unusual music requests) / Recordings / Other event information in advance so we can prepare and ensure our rehearsals and final performance run perfectly.
▪️A space (with mirrors) the choir team to get changed in and store belonging securely during performance.
▪️Refreshments for the choir a meal with hot and cold drinks.
▪️Uniform details: We have a variety of uniform options suitable for most events we however you may have alternative uniform requirements or require us to wear branded items we are happy to accommodate.
OTHER OPTIONS:
▪️We are happy to learn / arrange music not on our repertoire list there maybe be additional charges for this.
▪️We can provide larger choir (15+ Singers) or you may have more specific requirements we also have a Live band who perform with the Choir for our concerts and other suitable events – contact us for more details and costings.
